Is Vows & Table suitable for a Singapore wedding?

Yes. Plan church ceremonies, tea ceremonies and your wedding banquet in one place. Invite different guests to each celebration, collect separate RSVPs and keep banquet seating, meal requirements and reception check-in together.

What can we manage with Vows & Table?

Your events, master guest list, households, RSVP contacts and replies, table assignments, seating plan and reception arrivals. Meal requirements, allergies and accessibility needs stay with the relevant guest, so your team has the details in one place.

Can guests attend different events?

Yes. Choose who is invited to your church ceremony, tea ceremonies and wedding banquet. Guests can attend one or several events, with separate replies and check-in for each. Each wedding has one banquet with its own tables and seating plan.

Do our guests need to download an app?

No. Guests open their RSVP link in a browser. On the wedding day, they can scan the reception QR code, find their name and confirm their arrival. Their table details appear after check-in.

How do guests find their table?

After checking in, a guest sees their table and any assigned seat, room, zone or floor. When you have uploaded a banquet floor plan and placed their table on it, they can open View table location to see their table highlighted. Otherwise, the reception team can help with directions.

Can our reception and banquet teams use it?

Yes. Reception staff have dedicated tools to search guests, check in individuals or households, and track arrivals. The tables overview shows arrival progress and banquet requirements. You can also export a PDF with seating, meal and chair details for your team.

Can we bring our existing guest list?

Yes. Import a CSV guest list with column mapping, validation and a preview before saving. You can export your list too, with stable guest IDs to help you make updates safely.
